Loosing GFC? Follow Me on Bloglovin!

Hey Guys!
It's been a while since I've posted anything on here or lookbook, I've been crazy busy with exams so I hope you understand how much stress I have been under and will be under for the next few months!
I am going to try to post when I can and join in #bbloggers chats because I have missed it a lot but for now I cannot guarantee anything!
I have recently noticed that there is a possibility that blogger may loose GFC  therefore any future posts that I will make you will not be able to see, so here are the links you can follow me by

I have already followed all blogs from GFC on bloglovin as then have a direct link where you can do so, so now I will not loose any of my favourite blogs, you can also leave your bloglovin links in the comments where I will follow your blog too, I'm always looking for new blogs to read!

Have a great day everyone, I  hope I can post on here more often

Illamasqua Katie Blusher.

Hey Guys!
Today I wanted to review a blusher I have been in love with for a while, I think it may be my favourite blusher of the moment. I received Illamasqua's Katie for Christmas after constantly pinching my mum's one, I was really surprised that she got me it, but so happy that I now had my own to use!
First I want to start with the packaging, I am really a sucker for neat and simple make-up packaging and Illamasqua is one of the brands that tick that box perfectly, the simpleness of the product design makes it seem more sophisticated and I appreciate a product that I can take out to reapply anywhere without feeling like a fool because of the bright neon decorated packaging.
Katie is a pale pink blusher that is very build able from a light dusk of colour to the cheeks to being a very obvious barbie pink (if that's what you want to go for) I tend to stick in between the too, enough to give some vibrance to my pale complexion but not too much so that I look like I've just come out the circus. That's one thing I've noticed, it's very easy to look like a circus clown with any Illamasqua blusher because they are so pigmented, so I tend to use a light hand and spend the extra ten seconds building a suitable colour.

What I love about Katie is that it is very versatile, it can be worn day or night, summer or winter, and can go with everything, it is a all round good blusher. I do need to reapply the blusher some point through the day, but that's to be excepted, I use a stippling brush to apply to my cheeks which does the job well.

Overall I really enjoy this blusher, I think it works really well on my skin tone and brightens up my face, although I would recommend trying out this blusher I would say that it may wash out olive toned skin as it is quite pale, but I'd still recommend swatching it at a Illamasqua counter next time you're there!

Hope you have a great day everyone, see you soon!

January Favourites

Hey Guys!
January is over, and it's been a pretty good month to be fair, make-up wise I'm surprised I have not added to my collection, even still I have some favourites from this month that I've re found my love for and have been loving for a while!
Jimmy Choo Perfume - Hands down my favourite Winter perfume, I wear this perfume everyday and in fact I have run out of it and now have to start my new bottle, it's mix of fruit, toffee and patchouli really compliment each other and is much loved by myself.

MAC Offshoot Lipstick - A lipstick that has recently been rediscovered in my make-up collection, it is a deep mauve cream sheen lipstick that I really enjoy wearing in the winter time as it compliments any outfit and fits in well with the season.

Benefit's Creaseless Cream Shadow in Get Figgy - Another rediscovered love in my collection, Get Figgy is a lovely burgandy/purple eye shadow, it is easily build able to fit day and night time and really compliments my eyes.
Bobbi Brown Corrector - I think this product makes every favourites post, it is my favourite concealer for under eyes and hides those bags that I was so greatly blessed with well, as you can see it's starting to run out so I will soon have to buy a new one!

Sigma F88 Flat Angled Kabuki Brush - This has easily become my new favourite brush, it applies my foundation really well and evenly covers my foundation. I did a more in depth review of this brush here if you want to check it out.

That is it for this months favourites, tell me what your favourites of this month have been!

Topshop Celestial NOTD.

Hey Guys!
Last week-end I was in Oxford Street for a bit and popped into Topshop as you do, I went to their make-up section and picked up this blue nail polish. I really liked how pale the blue was, when painted it is slightly darker but it looks really nice and I can see myself wearing Celestial a lot in the Spring/Summer months!
Topshop Celestial
What it looks like on, I applied two coats of the nail polish so that the colour really comes out and it has a double coating as well as applying a clear coat on top.

Today I painted my nails and decided to give Celestial a go and I'm very happy with my purchase, I'm a fan on the Topshop nail polishes as they have a very good range of colours and the nail polish in my experience lasts quite well and doesn't chip.

Topshop Celestial - £5

Hope you guys have a great day!
